We are on a mission to solve a critical issue in the market - compensation benchmarking data for APAC. We firmly believe that this problem needs to be addressed, and we're excited to be the ones to do it.

It's hard to believe that in 2023, companies still rely on manual surveys to get benchmarking data, and often, they are left dissatisfied with the results. Based on hundreds of customer' interviews we conducted, we know that data provided by legacy players is not reliable.

That's where we come in.

Our goal is to provide companies with the most accurate and up-to-date compensation data so that they can make informed decisions and keep their employees happy. We believe that compensation is a critical issue for both employers and employees, and everyone deserves to be paid fairly for their work.

Although we are a young company, we are already making waves in the industry. Our team is made up of seasoned professionals with a diverse set of skills and experiences, ranging from data analytics to product development. We work collaboratively to ensure that our platform meets the needs of our clients.
